Return Policy

All sales are final once an order is purchased. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds unless the product was damaged during delivery.

  • Damaged Items: If your item was damaged upon delivery, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. To qualify, you must provide photographic proof of the damage and ensure that the product packaging remains unopened.
  • Report Timeline: You must report any damage within 7 days of receiving your order. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
  • Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns for any items once opened, worn, or used, as well as for final sale and discounted items.
  • Process: To initiate a claim, please contact our customer service team with your order number, photos of the damaged package, and a brief description of the issue. We will review your claim and provide instructions on how to proceed.

 

Refund Policy

As all sales are final, refunds will only be considered under specific circumstances involving damaged products.

  • Eligibility for Refund: Refunds will be issued only if the product arrives damaged and the package remains unopened. To qualify, you must provide clear evidence of the damage (e.g., photos of the unopened, damaged packaging).
  • Refund Process: Once we confirm that the item meets the conditions for a refund, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds will not be issued for any other reason, including buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong size or color, or changing your mind.
